  • Receive a pipeline of pre-screened candidate profiles for open positions.

  • Retain full ownership of all sourced candidates.

  • Conduct your own candidate outreach, interviewing, and hiring activities.

  • Add candidates to your internal talent database for future hiring needs.

  • Incur no additional placement or hiring fees beyond the monthly sourcing subscription.

  • Flat, transparent pricing with no salary-based percentage fees

Payment Terms: Monthly fee is payable in full at the commencement of the engagement.
