Mai Wortman is the Owner and Founder of Ellisor Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, and strategic recruitment consulting. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations ranging from innovative startups to Fortune 500 companies, delivering fractional and project-based recruiting solutions that help businesses attract, hire, and retain top talent.
In addition to her private-sector expertise, Mai has worked with municipalities and public-sector organizations to build and strengthen critical departments through strategic workforce planning and recruitment initiatives. Her broad industry experience spans telecommunications, information technology, fintech, and other high-growth sectors, giving her a unique perspective on the evolving talent landscape.
