Mai Wortman is Founder and Owner of Ellisor Group. Ellisor Group is a boutique Recruitment Consultation firm based out of Las Vegas NV. We provide services in Recruitment to small- mid size firms. We also provide invidual/small group resume reviews, Linkedin page reviews, and interview guidance.

My Story
With over 20 years of experience in technical and executive recruitment, Mai has focused on providing fractional and project-based talent acquisition solutions for a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies and startups. Mai has also done work within the public sector working with municipalities to grow their departments. Besides recruiting she has partnered with other firms to help grow their business needs and scale them up
As a certified SHRM-CP professional, Mai aims to empower organizations by aligning recruitment efforts with their strategic goals. Combining a background in human resources and talent acquisition, she is dedicated to fostering impactful partnerships.
